REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • The return request is made after the allowed time period

  • The product is customized or specially ordered


4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within:

  • 3–7 working days (depending on the payment method)

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase.


5. Replacement Process

If your product qualifies for a replacement:

  • A new product will be shipped after we verify the returned item

  • Replacement depends on product availability

  • If the product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or another product


6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after receiving the product.
